Sometimes, critical die points require a little extra love in the way of additional lubrication. This is why we're pleased to introduce the new In-Die Nozzle. Designed to integrate into a Uni-Roller stock lubricator system, the In-Die Nozzle is an airless spray nozzle available in multiple configurations to target your exact spray distance and desired spray dimensions.
It features durable steel and aluminum construction and a slotted adjustment bracket allowing for the positioning of multiple nozzles and easy adjustment of nozzle height, fan spray orientation, rotation, and pivoting. A quick-disconnect coupling makes connection to an SPR-2000 programmable fluid controller a snap.
