The Apex™ utilizes an intuitive, easy-to-use touchscreen that allows users to program the exact amount of oil needed for their process.
Consistent cup weights are a critical component for overall success and the Apex™ delivers. An electronically-controlled positive-displacement pump ensures precise and repeatable volumes of oil are delivered to the coil, regardless of fluid viscosity. This method of delivery, along with built-in safety features, allows users to rest easy knowing the Apex™ will alert them if oil output happens to fall outside of the specified range.
Just as important as the control and delivery of lubricant is the manner in which it is applied to the coil stock. The Uni-Roller® is the choice of hundreds of can makers around the globe, providing consistent and smooth application day after day and year after year. The Uni-Roller® features a unique internally-fed roller design, which yields the cleanest and most consistent coating results. Film weights as low as 15-20 mg/ft2 [161-215 mg/m2] can be reliably applied. The updated Uni-Roller® S2 makes maintenance tasks like changing roller covers quick and easy. The strong and sturdy design of the Uni-Roller® S2 ensures long life in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
