Request a 30-day trial

Please fill out the form below to request a 30 day on site trial of selected Unist equipment. Upon approval of the trial, equipment is shipped on a guaranteed purchase order basis. The equipment may be returned within or at the end of the 30 day period without a restocking charge upon receipt of an return authorization number. Equipment retained more than 30 days will be assumed to be accepted by the customer and payment on the invoice is due within 60 days of the original invoice date.
