How do I replace a 230 Micro Pump?

2023-02-01

  1. Pull out the fluid on/off valve to the off position to prevent fluid from draining out when the pump is removed.
  2. Remove the two bolts on the front of the pump using a 7/64 hex wrench. After removing the pump make sure the O-Rings are still in place and that they are not damaged.
  3. Replace with a new pump and tighten bolts to 6 in-lbs torque.
  4. Push in the on/off valve to allow fluid back into the pump stack.
  5. Fully prime the pump and line before running the equipment. If the new pump has an adjustable knob, make sure the knob is turned to “P”. Check that your reservoir is full and repeatedly cycle the pump. When the fluid outlet line is free of air bubbles, the pump is primed.
