What are the numbers on my 230 Micro Pump and what do they mean?

The differences between the three pump sizes can only be discerned by the internals of the pumps. Because of this, the pump bodies are marked with the pump size and part number. A manufactured job code is also etched on the pump for Unist internal use.

Your pump will be etched with the pump size (20 µL, 40 µL, or 60 µL). The part number will also be etched on the pump. The pump part number will be 231-000-XYY where “X” represents the size of the pump.

The last 2 digits “YY” indicate if the pump is adjustable or fixed output. “01” indicates an adjustable pump while “11” indicates a fixed output pump.
The rebuild kit for your pump is found by simply adding an R to your pump part number (ex: 231-000-211R).
