How do I rebuild my Coolubricator™ and Serv-O-Spray™ pumps?
There are two different style pneumatically operated positive displacement pumps available on many common Unist spray systems. The standard style pump has a brass adjustment knob and the MV style pump which has a black anodized aluminum adjustment knob. There are many different configurations of these pumps and while there may be minor external differences, the internal parts are very similar within each style.
There should be a set of written instructions with every rebuild kit. If they have become lost or damaged, they can be found here:
