Single-Line vs. Coaxial
Single-line tubing mixes air and oil at the pump, then delivers the atomized mixture to the nozzle through a single 1/8''O.D. tube. The tubing should not be flooded with fluid unless the system is equipped with an oil-only pump.

Coaxial tubing uses separate passages for air and oil, which are mixed at the nozzle tip. Fluid is delivered through the inner 1/8''O.D. tube, while air flows through the outer 3/8''O.D. tube. The inner tubing should remain filled with fluid.
