The Uni-Max® pump is cycling, but the output is inconsistent.

• On continuous spray systems with an adjustable pump stroke, improved output consistency can be achieved by reducing the pump stroke and increasing the cycle rate. After the pump stroke is set to the desired level, adjust fluid output using only the cycle rate.

• Inspect nozzle tubing for kinks, restrictions, or damage that may limit fluid flow.

• Verify the reservoir contains sufficient fluid and confirm the filter screen is clean and free of debris.

• For coaxial nozzles, ensure the internal fluid tubing is fully seated at both the quick-connect adapter and the nozzle splicer.

• Confirm the pump cycle rate does not exceed the maximum allowable rate for the fluid viscosity. Refer to Figure 5 (pg. 6) in the system manual.

• If issues persist, rebuild or replace the pump. Internal components may be worn, damaged, or contaminated with debris.
