Instructions:

Use the mounting template that matches your Uni-Max^® Pro enclosure size to accurately mark and drill mounting locations.

Uni-Max^® Pro enclosures can be mounted using either:

• Keyhole slots designed for 1/4"-20 mounting bolts
• Integrated 1/4"-20 threaded inserts

Step 1: Select the Correct Mounting Template

Uni-Max^® Pro enclosures are available in four heights:

• 7"
• 9.5"
• 14"
• 22"

Select the mounting template that corresponds to your enclosure size.

Step 2: Print the Template

Print Scale

• Set printer scaling to Actual Size (100%).
• Do not use Fit to Page, Shrink to Fit, or any other scaling option.

Multi-Page Templates

• The 14" and 22" enclosure templates are formatted across multiple 8.5" × 11" pages.
• If required, trim along the indicated cut lines.
• Align the registration marks and tape the pages together before use.

Step 3: Verify Template Accuracy

Before marking or drilling any mounting holes:

1. Locate the 1" × 1" test square on the printed template.
2. Measure the square using a ruler or caliper.
3. Confirm the dimensions are exactly 1" × 1".

If the square is not the correct size, adjust your printer settings and reprint the template. 

Step 4: Mark and Mount

1. Secure the template to the mounting surface.
2. Mark the mounting-hole locations.
3. Drill the required holes.
4. Mount the enclosure using appropriate 1/4"-20 hardware.
