What is the ideal fluid pressure for an SPR-2000 controller?

The fluid source for an SPR-2000™ controller may be an air-over-oil pressurized tank, an air-operated diaphragm pump, or a pressurized central fluid supply. Typical fluid pressure should be below 50 psi and must not exceed 100 psi.

To ensure optimal performance, the system must be properly calibrated for flow regardless of the fluid source. Typical flow rates range from 2 to 15 cc/sec but can vary significantly based on fluid viscosity and supply pressure. For this reason, a flow test is required during setup. The measured flow rate should then be entered into the Auto Setup parameters within the Configuration menu.
