What is the voltage requirement for the Pulse R?

The input power to the Pulse R must be 24VDC ±10% with a maximum power consumption of 12 watts. The Pulse R is designed with a wafer that installs between the existing 24VDC solenoid valve and the DIN connector. When the solenoid valve is energized, the wafer draws power from the same 24VDC source and supplies it to the Pulse R.

If only 120VAC is available, we offer a converter option. The Pulse R itself still operates on 24VDC; this option simply includes a power supply that converts the incoming 120VAC to 24VDC.

The Pulse R can also be wired directly into a control system.

When wiring into a controls system the signal must be on the same ground plane as the 24VDC power.
