Knowledge Base: 230 Micro Pump™

Where to connect air to a Coolubricator, Serv-O-Spray, or Saw Blade Lube system?

The typical pressurized air inlet connection for Coolubricator™, Serv-O-Spray™, and Coolubricator JR™ systems is a female ¼ NPT port on the left side of the enclosure (Coolubricator™ and Serv-O-Spray™) or on the front of the valve pump stack (Coolubricator JR™).

Different configurations and system variations may change the air inlet location and fitting size, but it will usually be a ¼ NPT female connection. The video shows a common connection on a Coolubricator™ or Serv-O-Spray™ system. It also shows some of the common system air control valves (manual slide valve, electric solenoid valve, air pilot valve).

80-100 psi is the recommended system inlet pressure. 60 psi is the absolute minimum. Lower than 60 psi can affect overall system operation.
