New Dripless Quick Disconnect Manifold

The Dripless Quick Disconnect Manifold allows nozzles to be permanently mounted in the die to ensure they are mounted in the correct position at each die change. This ensures that the fluid is directed to spray in the correct area, and eliminates the need for operators to manually reposition nozzles each time the die is changed.

With the Dripless Quick Disconnect Manifold, disconnecting all of the lubrication lines is done with just a touch, and reattachment is a snap. Each manifold block is keyed to assure operators reattach the hoses correctly, guaranteeing that each nozzle sprays as programmed. The Dripless Quick Disconnect Manifold utilizes stainless steel quick disconnect fittings which include check valves to eliminate dripping.

The manifold works with both Unist's Low Volume and airless spray nozzles, and is an ideal solution when die mounted nozzles are necessary. The Dripless Quick Disconnect Manifold:
