MicroTrace™ 5500 is an advanced vanishing lubricant designed for use with Unist Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) systems, and is specifically formulated to provide lubricity while leaving a virtually dry surface.

 

MicroTrace™ 5500 protects your tools during machining and evaporates after the job is done. Engineered specifically for aluminum, it’s Unist's best vanishing lubricant for pre-painted or anodized parts, leaving no oily residue behind. It also works for steel, stainless steel, and brass, significantly reducing cleaning before secondary processes.
