“Barry Dejong did a great job with the installation of your unist systems. He dug in with the guys and was enjoyable to work with. He spoke in layman’s terms and was easy to understand. We had four systems installed and every system was a success from the start. Immediately we saw the benefits from your systems. Our lube consumption went down about twenty percent. The unist system applies the lube so much more evenly on the sheets than the old rubber roller systems and is controlled pretty much by a touch of a button. The old systems were a pain to adjust and jammed so much more often. We very rarely get a lube roller jam now and when we do it is easy to get them cleared. We just release the air and pull the sheet out. We don’t have a lube trough anymore so we don’t have to mop up a mess when the return line plugs. Our old systems sometimes would put so much lube on sheets that it would literally run into our press oil or saturate the tooling causing press jams. We don’t get excess lube on our ends so our compound placement is more consistent which in turn lowers our camera rejects. It has been about a year since Barry installed the unist systems and we have not had any part wear out. That is amazing. We run pretty much 24/7 and to be able to say that only goes to show how reliable your systems are. Barry has always responded to our questions promptly and professionally. Your unist systems are one of the best installations we have done in our plant. Your systems have reduced our downtime and spoilage while improving our quality and safety.”
