After completing the ‘Request a 30-Day Trial’ form, Unist will contact to you for a brief review of your application. Upon approval of the trial, equipment is shipped on a guaranteed purchase order basis. Equipment may be returned within or at the end of the 30 day period without a restocking charge upon receipt of a return merchandise authorization number. Equipment retained more than 30 days will be assumed to be accepted and payment on the invoice is due within 60 days of the original invoice date.
